GREENIES Dental Treats are proudly made in Kansas City with quality ingredients from around the world since 1996. GREENIES Dental Treats adhere to the guidelines set forth by Association of American Feed Control Officials, who are leading the standards in the pet food industry for product claims. How are GREENIES Dental Treats made? Who creates the recipes?
Developing pet foods involves a team of experts with expertise in nutrition, food science, animal science and veterinary sciences. Our nutritionists formulate all GREENIES recipes to be complete and balanced according to AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) nutrient profiles for the appropriate size and lifestage. All recipes use only the highest quality, natural ingredients plus vitamins and minerals.
What if my dog doesn’t like GREENIES products?
We want our treats & supplements to be as delicious as they are healthy. If your dog is turning up their nose at their GREENIES treats & supplements, please don’t hesitate to let us know! Our experts are here to help you find the perfect treat for your dog! We will be happy to refund your initial purchase.
Are your recipes grain-free?
We have recipes both with and without grains.
We include easy to digest grains in most of our blends for good reasons. Grains can be a good source of nutrients such as protein, fats, and vitamins/minerals. They provide a variety of carbohydrates, some of which serve as energy sources, and they help with digestion by providing fiber that helps with firm poops and a clean GI tract.
But, we also know that some pups have sensitives to grains, so we also have grain-free options. Just let us know in the quiz, and chat with us if you've got questions!
Do you have a AAFCO statement?
Yes! All GREENIES Dental Treats recipes are carefully formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for the specific lifestage.
Do you have a list of all the ingredients you use in your recipes?
Each recipe has its own unique ingredient list. If you are interested in the specific ingredient deck for your pup's recipe, or have questions about the ingredients, please don't hesitate reach out and we will happily provide it for you.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, visit our online shop at greenies.com where you can order items for your pup via subscription or individual products.
How do I know that my order has been submitted?
Once your order has been placed, you will see an order confirmation screen and you will also receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk folder as your mail provider might have sent it there. If you have still not received an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Care team.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will contain your shipping tracking number. You can continue to track your shipment via the tracking number. Having issues? Reach out to our Customer Care team!

Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team. If we have not started filling your order, we may be able to change it based on your new instructions. If we have started filling your order, we will not be able to make changes. We do recommend reviewing your order before purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.

About Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the contiguous United States.
How much do you charge for deliveries?
Delivery is FREE for all subscription orders or when you spend $50 and over. Delivery is $4.99 for orders under $50.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days from when you place the order. Orders received by 4 pm CST Monday to Friday will process and ship the same day. If your order has not yet arrived, please check your shipment tracking information or reach out to our Customer Care team.
What if I need to cancel a delivery?
Need a paws? Click on the My Account section in the top menu bar to view and change your upcoming deliveries. If an order already has a tracking link, then it has already shipped, and is too late to cancel that particular order. To edit or cancel your GREENIES subscription, please log into your GREENIES Account and visit the subscriptions section. You may also suspend your subscription for as long as you need.
How can I change my delivery date for my subscription?
Not ready for your next shipment yet? You can easily change the delivery of your next shipment by logging into your GREENIES Account, selecting orders, and select Change Delivery Date.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If you have received a shipping notification, please contact the shipping carrier. If you have not received a shipping notification, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Absolutely! The boxes that your deliveries arrive in are completely recyclable.
What if I’m not home when my GREENIES products are delivered?
We don’t require a signature for GREENIES deliveries. If you’re not home when your order is delivered, the package will be waiting at your doorstep!

How do I return an item?

What is the GREENIES Subscription service?
Our subscription service is a great way to ensure your pup never runs out of their favorite treats! Simply choose your products, select your frequency, and save 5% and FREE delivery on checkout when subscribed!
How do I subscribe?
It’s easy to subscribe – either take our Create a Plan quiz, or visit a product page where you’ll see a “Sign-up & Save” option. Select your pet’s preferred cadence and proceed to checkout!
How do I make changes or cancel/pause my subscription?
You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel by logging into your GREENIES Account and visiting the subscription section. You can also update your delivery or billing address.
What frequency can I change my subscription for?
You can set your subscription for every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on what works best for you and your pet!
Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Of course!
If I subscribe to several products, will they arrive at the same time?
Delivery times can vary depending on product availability, however, we try to ship all products together.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I know that my payment has been processed?

Do I have to commit to anything when I sign up?
No commitment needed! You can cancel your subscription anytime. The subscription is free of charge, and you will only have to pay the price of products included in each of your orders, when they are shipped.
