Rated 4 out of 5 by from Greenies Pill Pockets Great product except the capsule is too small for a larger dog. A Pill Pocket will only stretch so far before it tears or hardens from air exposure & dries out. Since he requires 11 capsules a day a bag doesn't last 3 days. This is very expensive for someone who lives on Disability Income since 1996 of < than $1500/month due to a 15 foot fall in 1970 &  a broken neck in a 1991 car accident. My professionally trained Companion Golden Retriever requires 11 Pill Pockets/day. Very expensive for someone who lives on S.S. disability of < $1500 a month, due to a fractured spine from my shoulders to tailbone in 1970 & a broken neck from a 1991 car accident requiring 12 spinal surgeries. He loves them, but if the Pockets were big enough to hold 2 large capsules or 4 large pills, could be offered in a hard plastic case as an option large enough to hold 100 oversized Pockets & be refilled to prevent drying out, or being crushed, that would really would help tremendously. I give up something  monthly to give him his Pockets!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No soft stool! My dog has bad knees and the vet suggested a hip and joint supplement while we saved for surgery. I went through 5 different hip and joint supplements before trying greenies hip and joint, including cosequin, ALL of them gave my Dachshund/Chihuahua mix extreme diarrhea. I'm not sure why but it was very frustrating. Greenies did not bother his stomach at all. They did turn his stool green for the first week or so but now its back to a normal color. After feeding these to him every day for about 3 months now, he walks better and seems to be in less pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ways to save $ - awesome product Greenies are by far the best of the dental chews (IMO) - here's how to save some money on them. PetSmart routinely has "PetPerks" assigned to them, which drops the price by usually at least $5 if you are buying the larger quantities. Periodically, they have buy one/get one offers - that's when you stock up. 2 for the $27 - this makes a huge difference. Also, please remember black Friday - you are going to save serious money on treats that day, so why not stop by and pick up some Greenies - whether it's PetSmart or another store, you can't lose when they have these huge sales.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Healthy & adored treats!! I'm a vet tech and owner of 4 dogs and 1 cat. I love the Greenies company and so do my pets. I especially love feeding my 4 dogs of all different sizes (from 5 to 55lbs) the JointCare Greenies. Joint health - Not only are they great for their dental health, but I love the fact that they're made with green lipped mussels which are high in glucosamine, chondroitin AND the omega fatty acids! It's hard to find supplements with all 3 of those ingredients. I've stopped buying the expensive joint supplement pills which my dogs HATE the taste of, and they look forward to their Greenie every night. For chewing- they don't last too long but it's enough to keep them busy and intrigued for a little while. They're almost a "gummy" chewy texture which makes sure their teeth really chomp into the chew and help clean them. The chewing exercise is also great for their gums.  Highly recommend them and so does my pack! (And the cat LOVES the crunchy cat treats, they're his absolute favorite!)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as good as the old Joint Care What can I say that other's haven't? My dog got arthritis after an injury a few years ago, I tried to find something to help and the Joint Care did miracles with her. She didn't limp, would play and run around like she was a puppy again. Not to mention my dog loved the daily treats. They discontinued them and replaced them with hip and joint. It's not better it's worse. First off the packaging is different, before they were all in individual days, it was convenient and the price was reasonable for a month's supply. Now they cost twice as much for half the number and she's back to moving slow and being in pain again. I keep giving them too her hoping that they are doing something at least to help, but I'm doubtful. Please realize that you've made a huge mistake Greenies and bring back the old Joint Care, this isn't better it's not improved and it's gouging your customers in the wallet. I really wanted this to be better, thinking hip was just as important and maybe worth the extra money and so far it doesn't seem to be and it's been a couple months now. At least she still likes to eat them so I give it a star for taste. Bring back the old Joint Care PLEASE!!!
